Today, meet Revenue Opps LLC, one of this year’s honorees for New Company of the Year.
Provide an overview of your company (year founded, founders, sector, target market, product/service, what makes it unique, etc.):
Revenue Ops LLC was founded on February 20, 2020 by Heather Davis Lam, and is here to help you design the business you want. We’re strategic Revenue Operations analysts focused on optimizing your business and we do this by providing senior leadership and individual business units with the information, support, and means to make data-driven decisions that maximize revenue.
Revenue Operations is like the axle of the revenue wheel for a company. It sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, customer success, and finance. As the hub, it aligns these functional groups across the customer lifecycle to drive full-funnel accountability and maximize revenue.
We bring a great deal of experience to the table, but we pride ourselves on our ability to take a fresh approach to each client project we manage. We are a Salesforce Implementation Partner, a SalesLoft Certified Partner, and DemandBase Experts, but ultimately we leverage the appropriate technologies according to our client’s requirements, budget, and future objectives.

What successes has your company had since its founding?
From Q1 2020 to Q2 2021, we have increased revenue per quarter by over 714%. We have a 90% client retention rate, with 42.4% of our revenue coming from renewals, and 57.6% from new business.
We’ve increased the number of new clients 1533.33% from Q1 2020 to Q2 2021, and our top sales person has an 86% win ratio for Q2 2021.
Our LinkedIn social post volume has increased by 44% over last period, and we’ve had a 5% gain in followers since last period. Our Facebook page fans trend has also increased by 23% since last period, and we have a 100% positive sentiment rating.
Heather Davis Lam, Founder & CEO, has been invited to be a guest on numerous digital roundtable events, podcasts, and radio programs, both domestically and internationally, as a subject matter expert on Revenue Operations. She has also published numerous articles and blog posts over the past year, for both Revenue Ops LLC, and for Salesforce.

Starting a business during a global pandemic is a very difficult task, but Revenue Ops LLC has absolutely thrived during this trying time. We’ve been able to not only grow our business, but help others do the same.
