Tech Hot Topic Series

The MTLC Tech Hot Topics Conference Series brings technology leaders together to dive into specific technologies that are essential to the operation of tech organizations. Each conference focuses on a trend that these organizations are facing and are designed to share real use cases for attendees to take back and implement while also making valuable connections.

MTLC’s Innovation unConference is an annual, participant-led gathering for Massachusetts technology leaders—not a conventional conference with a preset program. The people in the room build the agenda live, then hold candid, peer-driven discussions on the issues most urgent to them that day.

The event opens with the full group together. A facilitator invites attendees to propose discussion topics, helps turn those ideas into a schedule, and then participants choose the sessions that are most relevant to them. There are no formal keynote-style speakers, company pitches, or sales presentations.

Sessions are designed for exchange rather than presentation: people bring questions, experiences, challenges, and practical insight. Longer breaks also make room for substantive networking and conversations beyond the scheduled sessions.
