At MassTLC, we talk about offering the three C’s to our members: community, content, and collective impact. All of that continues in the current environment, even if we have to change how we deliver these things.
We still offer the opportunity to connect, share content, and work with your fellow tech industry professionals, but we will be offering these opportunities virtually while we all do our best to keep each other healthy by avoiding large gatherings. So what does that mean for our members and others in the broader tech community? It means:
- Virtual, interactive events with highly relevant content from industry professionals
- A new platform, MassTLC Central, for connecting directly with other members
- Ongoing communications offering guidance on how to steer your businesses through the current challenging environment
- Opportunities to work together to help our entire community during this time
We have already started offering online webinars and meetings, and our first one, Mingle (Virtually) with MassTLC, was a great success. We even had someone join us from Galway, Ireland! Other events already scheduled include discussions of labor regulations related to the COVID-19 outbreak, hiring and managing talent during the crisis, managing security in the current environment, and much more. We are also debuting our new interactive member platform, MassTLC Central, to allow members to connect with us and other members directly, engage in conversations of interest, get answers to questions from our member community, and access relevant content.
