AI & Massachusetts: MA AI Hub Community Night

Join us for a very special Venture Café, AI & Massachusetts: MA AI Hub Community Night! It’s an evening designed to bring the full innovation community into one shared space here at CIC. In a region recognized globally for its leadership in technology and entrepreneurship, this is where meaningful connections are made and serendipitous moments have room to unfold.
Kick off the evening with Ecosystem Connection featuring CIC. Come meet builders, researchers, founders, companies, communities, and government leaders all in one place. Massachusetts is a global hub, and this is where meaningful connections and serendipitous moments begin. CIC is the broader organization behind Venture Café, providing team offices and hot desks within an intentionally designed workspace ecosystem for growing companies. Venture Café serves as CIC’s public-facing arm, extending that foundation outward by convening the wider community through open programming and events. With nearly 100 AI companies and counting, CIC Cambridge supports teams from solo founders to organizations of more than 100. Throughout the evening, guests are invited to join tours of CIC and experience the space firsthand.
The program will also spotlight the Massachusetts AI Hub which cements the state as a global leader in development, deployment and governance of artificial intelligence (AI). From 5:00 to 6:00 PM, the MA AI Hub will host an open conversation on how we can evolve education at the pace of AI, exploring K–12 initiatives, workforce upskilling, and emerging opportunities to get involved. Educators, edtech builders, researchers, and partners are encouraged to share their work and help shape a stronger, more connected education ecosystem.
From 6:15 to 7:00 PM, MA AI Hub Director, Sabrina Mansur and Director of AI Innovation Ecosystem Development, Gabriela Torres will look ahead at the rapidly expanding AI landscape in Massachusetts. They will share how the Hub collaborates with partners such as Stefanie Chiras, leading the Open Accelerator at Red Hat and Ryan Durkin, leading the Massachusetts AI Coalition, demonstrating how public and private sectors are working together to make the Commonwealth one of the most vibrant AI ecosystems in the world.
