Innovation Women’s mission is to provide equal visibility opportunities for women, supporting career development, business success, thought leadership and diversity. We’re also here to help event managers avoid the all-male, all-pale and all-stale panels we see so often at industry conferences and events. We need more diversity onstage. MTLC members receive a free one year membership to Innovation Women – contact your membership team to learn more.

CyberTrust’s mission is to grow the cyber workforce  by increasing the pipeline of skilled, experienced, and diverse cyber candidates via hands-on, experiential learning environments (SOCs, cyber ranges). Create opportunities by offering students and workers at all career stages, from all backgrounds statewide, access to advanced cyber education and training programs linked to cyber employers. And to strengthen security by providing local governments, non-profits, and small businesses with affordable cybersecurity services to manage their defenses and combat growing cyber threats.

TechHire Boston is a convening of organizations, resources, events, and ideas committed to building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive technology workforce in the Boston area. Launched in 2016 as a partnership between the Boston PIC and SkillWorks, TechHire Boston is a regional strategy that focuses on developing the IT workforce by catalyzing employer engagement with tech education and training programs.

Startup Boston is rooted in the development and celebration of people who are pushing boundaries, solving tough problems, and asking every day—how might we do this better? Our events are designed to be a platform through which innovators can learn from and challenge one another, build new partnerships, strengthen ties, and celebrate both failure and growth.

Startup Weekend is a three-day program where aspiring entrepreneurs can experience startup life.

The Boston Women’s Workforce Council (BWWC) leads a unique public-private partnership between the Boston Mayor and Greater Boston employers dedicated to eliminating gender and racial wage gaps. We do so by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on these gaps. In addition, we organize events for our members, 100% Talent Compact Signers, on best practices to reach pay equity. Researchers, advocates, and Compact Signers lead these sessions, providing opportunities for discussion and shared learning. The BWWC also includes an advisory council of Boston business and nonprofit leaders, who work every day to eliminate barriers to women’s advancement. Their expertise is vital to our organization’s strategy and the resources we share with our 100% Talent Compact Signer community.
