Crafting the Future of Biotech and Leadership!

This week we are exploring growth in biotech and leadership development! From 4:30 to 8:00 pm, Connection Collider invites entrepreneurs, technologists, investors, students, and innovation supporters to come together, make new connections, and discover what’s next. Make sure you say hi to Bobbie Carlton with Mass Innovation Nights. Relauching in April 2026, over the years it has helped launch more than 1,500 products and supported startups that have raised over $4 billion, all by connecting innovators with their local communities and amplifying emerging ideas.
Beginning at 5:30 pm in the Havana Room, WISE (Women Interdisciplinary Society in Entrepreneurship) hosts a 90-minute interactive workshop experience inspired by this year’s Summit theme, Good to Grow. Through two connected sessions, attendees will reflect on their current stage of growth, connect with others navigating similar challenges, and unpack common myths around entrepreneurship. The experience is designed to foster open dialogue, shared learning, and fresh perspective, whether you join for one session or stay for both. Open to all, the evening is powered by WISE, a women-led community supporting women and underrepresented individuals in entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership.
At the same time, life science and biotech founders are invited to an intimate roundtable conversation in the Santo Domingo Room from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, hosted with Tunnell Consulting. This open forum creates space for candid discussion around the strategic questions founders face as they build and scale, from regulatory pathways to commercialization and beyond. Insights from the conversation will help inform future life science programming at Venture Café later this spring, and space is limited to encourage meaningful dialogue.
Whether you’re coming to connect, reflect, or dive into focused conversation, the evening is designed to meet you where you are and move you forward. See you there!
