This Fall, MassTLC gathered professionals for a talent workshop series, Strategies to Re-imagine Your Workforce. This 3-part series explored how to transform your workforce during disruptive and uncertain times. As constant change is rapidly becoming the new normal—whether driven by COVID-19, technological innovation, or other shifts in the broader economic climate—we created this series to discuss the very latest developments in strategies, solutions, and changes.
In the second workshop, evolving strategies in recruitment and retention were showcased. Talent practitioners explored how this has played an expanded role in a tech organization. Company culture was identified as supporting the workforce while attracting the right talent in a remote or hybrid workforce.
