MassTLC is launching a one-of-a-kind boot camp, the MassTLC Recruiting Academy, to provide recruiters with the skills and tools they need to build a recruiting machine. Coached and trained by senior industry professionals — from companies such as Raytheon, Rapid7, CyberArk, and more —, participants will learn invaluable lessons on what it takes to scale high-performing companies.
Cohorts of up to 25 recruiters will meet for four consecutive weeks for four hours per session. Sessions are designed as highly interactive discussions and workshops that will include case studies, coaching, and role playing. A different topic will be covered during each session:

• WEEK 2: The Hiring Manager Relationship and the Candidate Experience
• WEEK 3: Sourcing and Evaluating the Candidate
• WEEK 4: Closing the Deal and Problem Solving
The Recruiting Academy is open to members and non-members. Discounts are available for multiple participating team members.
