Precision, Creativity & Connection

As Thursday evening unfolds at Venture Café, the community once again comes together through the Connection Collider. Join the space for innovators, founders, researchers, creatives, and curious minds to meet across industries and disciplines. Whether you arrive looking for collaborators, fresh perspectives, or simply a meaningful conversation, the night is designed around the possibility of unexpected connections and new ideas taking shape.

The evening begins at 5:00 PM in the Havana Room with “It’s not marketing. It’s alignment.”, a session hosted by Jeff Berman that challenges the way founders and creators think about bringing their work into the world. Rather than viewing marketing as something transactional or uncomfortable, the conversation reframes it as the process of connecting a deeper value or purpose with the people who genuinely share it. Through stories and reflection, participants will explore how authenticity, communication, and alignment can shape the growth of an idea.

At 6:00 PM, join us for “CMC Panel with the Control Release Society: Strategies for Complex Delivery Systems”, which explores one of the most rapidly advancing areas in science and medicine. Led by Margrete Krikorian, this panel will explore drug discovery challenges such as scalability, analytical method development, control strategies, and the future of precision medicine. The session brings together emerging research, translational thinking, and real-world innovation to examine how the next generation of therapies may reach patients more safely and effectively.

At the same time, in the Santo Domingo Room, join Kev Dacey for “Where is Creativity?”, where he will conclude his four-part series with a session focused on critique, reflection, and observation within the creative process. Participants will examine where their ideas currently stand, how thoughtful critique differs from criticism, and what can emerge through deeper reflection on creative work. Together, the evening offers both practical insight and thoughtful exploration across entrepreneurship, science, and creativity. It’s all grounded in the conversations and connections that make Venture Café unique. Join us!
