Akamai, Curriculum Associates, Fidelity, HBS, PTC, PWC Tapped for MassTLC Board of Trustees

On Wednesday, March 15th MassTLC elected six of the region’s top tech leaders to its Board of Trustees. The new trustees include:

  • Lynda Applegate, Sarofim-Rock Professor of Business Administration and Chair of the Executive Education Programs for Business Owners & Entrepreneurs, Harvard Business School
  • Sean Belka, Senior Vice President and Director of Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT), Fidelity Investments
  • Renee Foster, President, Curriculum Associates
  • Jim Heppelmann, President & CEO, PTC
  • Matthew Littlewood, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers
  • Anthony Williams, Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and Diversity at Akamai Technologies

“The rapid pace of innovation is disrupting markets and the way we do business,” remarked MassTLC CEO Tom Hopcroft. “Having a healthy influx of the region’s top tech leaders helps keep our organization energized and at the forefront of technology leadership in the region.”

The new trustees join a board comprising the Who’s Who of the tech leadership in the region:

Officers were also elected, including: Julie Yoo, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, Kyruus, as incoming Co-Chair. She will serve a two-year term alongside current Co-Chair Jim Daniell, COO of Oxfam America, whose term ends at the Annual Meeting of the Board in 2018. Yoo succeeds Annmarie Levins, GM for Technology and Civic Engagement at Microsoft, whose term as Co-Chair is ending in June 2017. Other officers elected include Matthew Littlewood, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers, as Treasurer, and David Krupinski, CTO, Co-Founder, Care.com, as Secretary.
